In his role as Head of Life Sciences in Switzerland, Manuel is responsible for building and maintaining key relationships mainly for clients in central Switzerland. And as a head of department, Manuel takes responsibility for the day-to-day running of the teams, including overall structure, development plans and an ongoing improvement to their processes. For projects, he takes the lead on understanding a client’s requirements, developing the right technical solutions and evaluating overall investment plans to ensure a project’s viability from the outset.
Since joining BakerHicks in 2008, Manuel has enjoyed taking on more responsibility, leading to a career path which has seen him grow from a mechanical engineer to a department and strategic business leader. He also specialises in process automation, instrumentation and electrical engineering.
