Pierre is responsible for procurement at CAPEX level and project management for a variety of intralogistics projects. Client-side, this can involve anything from preparing and evaluating tender documents to helping with the negotiations and subsequent contract management. Internally, the team services the commercial, human resources and intralogistics needs of the company and as the department head, Pierre is responsible for the entire D-A-CH area.
Pierre’s experience means he’s a strong negotiator who is able to adapt to a variety of needs. A career highlight includes the rapid resumption of production at a pharmaceutical facility, caused by issues with resourcing. He was part of a task force brought in to fast-track replacement products, overcoming legal and other hurdles within a four-day period, saving the client several million CHF in lost revenue.
