Associate Director, Process & Engineering

A Chartered Chemical Engineer and a Fellow of the Institute of Chemical Engineers, Chris is responsible for delivering process engineering projects at BakerHicks.

He brings extensive industry experience in the pharmaceutical and fine chemical industries in the UK and internationally, particularly on Top Tier COMAH hazardous sites as well as major design projects

Chris is experienced in managing multi-disciplinary project teams on highly sensitive projects. He has previously led large international teams on multi-million pound conversions of reactors in South East Asia, including the introduction of new hazardous material to the site.

As an IChemE accredited and highly experienced HAZOP study chairman, Chris often leads on front end design studies, carrying out plant commissioning from construction handover to the end of operation qualification. He also has responsibility for the chemical, mechanical equipment, electronic controls and instrumentation, and piping and layout functions.
