Martin has been BakerHicks’ Managing Director since 2015, joining from Colliers International where he was their UK Chief Operating Officer. Prior to this he was the EMEA Chief Operating Officer for CB Richard Ellis.
A chartered accountant, bringing over 20 years of professional services experience to the business, Martin has overall responsibility for setting its strategic direction as well as managing performance. During his tenure, BakerHicks has seen a doubling of its people and revenues, testament to his skill in recognising talent and empowering his teams, giving people the opportunity to show what they can do.
