Prestigious regional framework appointment .

BakerHicks, have been appointed to the YORconsult3 framework, supporting the delivery of £152m worth of projects across Yorkshire and the Humber, the North East, Lincolnshire and parts of the Midlands.

The new four-year framework is the latest iteration of YORconsult’s construction consultancy agreement. Spread across 12 Lots, the framework requires expert support across various disciplines for local authorities and public sector organisations.

BakerHicks' appointment to Lot 1 for civil engineering services reflects their expertise in highway design. The team will contribute to a range of infrastructure projects, including highways, pedestrianisation and active travel schemes, traffic safety works, bridge works and environmental improvements.

In addition, BakerHicks have secured a place on Lot 4 for architectural services, where they will deliver land remediation and landscaping, planned maintenance, refurbishment and upgrades, regeneration initiatives and decarbonisation projects.
