James is a chartered building services engineer with over 30 years’ experience in operational, technical, and strategic leadership roles across the Life Sciences & Industry sector in the UK and Europe. As Operations Director, James oversees the full lifecycle of contracts and projects. His focus is on understanding and delivering against clients’ needs, managing all interfaces as project sponsor to drive efficient, high-quality delivery.
His understanding of highly regulated environments, combined with specialist knowledge in HVAC systems and low-carbon design, has led to the successful delivery of numerous state-of-the-art facilities both domestically and internationally. James’ approach is rooted in compliance, innovation, and performance – helping clients meet stringent regulatory standards while achieving operational excellence.
