Ross brings over 20 years’ technical, health and safety experience having delivered major global projects across several industries including rail, utilities, oil and gas, nuclear, power generation and broader infrastructure.
Previously leading the health, safety and wellbeing strategy on the £10 billion TransPennine Route Upgrade programme, Ross has worked with a range of executive leadership, project and supply chain teams to influence all aspects of HSE at project, programme and corporate levels. He sits on the BakerHicks Board and is responsible for our health, safety and environmental strategy, leading our 100% Safe Together programme and overseeing the SHE function.
