With over 23 years’ experience in large-scale project delivery across the UK, the Middle East and North America, and a PhD in Geotechnics, Samer leads our Highways and Rail portfolio. Using his experience in programme delivery and building high performing teams, he aligns our technical expertise to each client’s requirements and acts as a senior point of contact through design and delivery.
A practiced CEng, FICE and PMP leader, Samer has held senior leadership roles on major transportation and aviation schemes, including Portmann Highway 1, HS2, Heathrow and the Doha Metro. His interests explore how digital engineering, data-led decision-making and Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) can improve safety, programme certainty and whole-life value for asset owners, maintainers and road/rail users.
