Stephen heads our transport planning consultancy with a focus on creating safe, accessible and sustainable transport solutions that are right for all. With over 27 years' industry experience, he’s a chartered transport planner, and a member of both the Chartered Institution of Highways & Transportation and the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport. His career spans strategic and local transport planning, development planning and traffic engineering from concept, initial planning to the implementation of schemes throughout the UK, Ireland and internationally.
He advises at all project stages, from strategic transport master planning through to implementation working with clients, stakeholders and communities to create connected places for all people.
