  • Helping public and private sector clients procure high quality consultancy services
  • Second generation contract
  • National network for service delivery across four regions

BakerHicks’ Architectural, Building Services and Civil & Structural teams are gearing up for action on the £500m Pagabo Professional Services framework, which went live this week.

Running for up to four years, the framework sees a total of 78 providers delivering 19 service specific lots over seven geographical regions. Following a highly competitive tendering period, BakerHicks have been appointed to four lots, covering four separate regions: Lot 2 Civil Engineering and Lot 3 Structural Engineering in Scotland, Wales, South East and Northern Ireland; Lot 6 Building Services Engineering in Scotland and South East; and Lot 7 Architectural Design Services in Scotland and the South East.

This is a really exciting opportunity for us to offer our services to a range of clients, from NHS Trusts and Local Authorities to private companies. The framework offers those clients without their own procurement frameworks the opportunity to access high quality consultancy services, either through direct appointment or mini-tenders, delivering them a significant time saving by shortening the procurement process. With our national network of offices, we’re well positioned to deliver services across the four regions and I look forward to working with those clients who want to make use of the framework going forward.
Georgina Manson Framework Manager, BakerHicks

Designed to help both public and private sector clients procure from a range of consultancy services, through direct award or further competition, the framework is fully OJEU compliant.

I am absolutely thrilled that our professional services framework is now live and finally ready for our clients to benefit from. I have high expectations for this framework and expect it to go above and beyond its highly successful first iteration and continue to play a crucial role in our growing suite of frameworks.

We are delighted with the quality of consultant available across all 19 lots on the framework. Because of the rigorous tender process each had to go through to be appointed, we really do believe they are top of their respective discipline and will continue to give our clients the very best choice available on the market.
Simon Toplass CEO, Pagabo

This is the second generation of the contract, the first of which saw close to 700 projects and up to £175m in consultancy fees over the four years.
