David has over 30 years’ experience in architectural and building surveying practices at all RIBA stages. At BakerHicks, as a Director for Design Delivery, he draws on previous experience as head of both the Architecture team as well as the design management process, ensuring quality solutions across the disciplines in line with client aspirations.
David works with our teams to deliver exciting, world class research and development facilities as well as ground breaking improvement projects in rail and aviation. He specialises in large scale complex schemes, ensuring communications and key milestones all take place at the right time, keeping the design fully coordinated as the project comes to life.
