Kilian has over 30 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including 15 years in global quality assurance compliance. Throughout his career he has held senior positions in major pharmaceutical companies, including Head of Quality and Director of QA Engineering.
With extensive knowledge of compliance, audits and inspection management, Kilian is responsible for overseeing the compliance and quality of engineering processes and project delivery, providing strategic guidance to delivery teams for compliant, cost effective and fit for purpose solutions.
