A qualified architect with nearly 20 years’ industry experience, Laura has responsibility for the aviation, public, rail, highways and Scotland sectors, as well as our sustainability team.
Laura has a passion for people. She is the outgoing and award-winning chair of the company’s diversity and inclusion group, BakerHicks Belonging, and is also a member of Women in Property. For clients, she takes time to get to know their needs, enabling us to deliver technically excellent and sustainable designs in line with their vision.
