Every application is reviewed by our talent acquisition team, who carefully assess candidates against the criteria for each programme. We look beyond your academics and factor in your potential, passion and transferable skills. We also consider whether your strengths might be a fit for other teams or programmes across the business.

Our interviews are a two way conversation, giving us the chance to learn more about your experience while allowing you to explore the role, the team, and our culture. If you progress to this stage, you’ll meet members of the hiring team either via Microsoft Teams or in person.
Interviews typically last around an hour and may take place over two to three stages, depending on the role. Some positions may also include assessments. You’ll receive timely feedback following each interview, whether or not you progress to the next stage.

Once the interview process is complete, successful candidates will receive a formal offer outlining the programme, salary, benefits, and any additional information you need before joining. All offers are subject to right to work and qualification checks. Our team will be on hand throughout to answer any questions and support you through to your start date.
