Chloe oversees all aspects of our HR function and provides strategic leadership to teams in the UK. She predominantly works with the Board and Senior Management Team, aligning our HR strategy with the company’s objectives to support future growth at all levels.
Chloe’s experience includes senior roles in the education and professional services sectors and she has also held HR positions in management consultancy and market research and data analytics companies internationally. She specialises in policy implementation and management, diversity and inclusion, resource planning and employee relations.
