Through the process of Building Information Modelling, we create a digital representation of a building. Our BIM and immersive technology teams collaborate across the disciplines in 3D-6D, integrating design models with programme and cost information as well as embedding asset data for future maintenance and control – creating digital twins. We work in all sectors and our industry experience, combined with an ability to integrate models from a range of software sources ensures seamless coordination.
BIM makes the design process more structured, collaborative and immersive, allowing clients to plan and experience their buildings well before construction begins. Specialisms include the use of immersive virtual, augmented and mixed reality technology, informing decisions early in the process and cementing the planning phase of a project.
